Position: Contract Closeout Support

Location: Remote

Duration:12 months

Tasks

The contractor must establish detailed closeout SOP for review and approval before proceeding with contract closeout modifications within the USDA IAS Prism system.

The contractor must ensure that all deliverables, products, or services required under the contract have been provided as specified in the contract.

The contractor must also ensure that final invoice is received and in file.

The contractor must ensure release of claim and liabilities is received from the vendor.

Lastly the contractor must ensure that all records related to the contract, including correspondence and documentation, are properly filed, and stored for future reference.

Closeouts will be conducted in accordance with FAR 4.804

On an as needed basis, support the Procurement Management Division with administrative/funding modifications to existing contracts/orders

Qualifications

5+ total years of experience

Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline

Proposed personnel shall have at least 3 years of demonstrated experience processing Federal contract closeouts in accordance with FAR 4.804-5

Proposed personnel shall have at least 1 year of demonstrated recent experience with Integrated Acquisition System Prism within the last three years

Proposed personnel shall have held an FAI or DAWIA level 1 certification in contracting within the last three years
