: Grading Civil Superintendent

Responsibilities


  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and change orders.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development among the team members.
  • Supervise and schedule labor, equipment, and material resources to optimize project efficiency.
  • Review project specifications, blueprints, and contract documents to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality control and identify areas for improvement.
  • Oversee and manage grading, excavation, and demolition projects to ensure successful completion.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to develop and implement project plans.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the field team, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and construction standards.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to address project requirements and ensure client satisfaction.
