Job Description

Our customer, an international law firm, has partnered with Elevate to find an Government Contracts Counsel or Partner to join their DC Government Contracts Group.


We are searching for a Partner with more than 7 years of Government Contracts experience focusing on bid protests and Contract Disputes Act (CDA) claim.


Responsibilities:

  • Previous experience with performance and compliance issues, pre- and post-award audits, exclusions, debarment and suspensions, prosecution of Contract Disputes Act claims, and defense of government investigations, such as claims under the False Claims Act and other anti-fraud statutes.
  • Counsel clients like you on a wide array of procurement issues –solicitation review, proposals/tenders, contract formation, contract administration, contract disputes and litigation, and contract close-out procedures.
  • Oversee government contract disputes, bid protests, Contract Disputes Act (CDA) claims and appeals.


Qualifications:

  • Licensed in US (Active & In Good Standing)
  • Based near the District of Columbia
  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
