Global Trade Compliance Integration Manager
Responsible for driving the implementation of a global harmonize trade compliance program which allows Littelfuse to fulfil all local customs regulation, international trade compliances laws and identify potential import & exports risks.
Design and implement Trade Compliance processes and systems assuring global standardization, including global trade compliance manual, integration playbook, Customs product valuation determination, product classification (HTS and ECCN), country of origin determination, forwarders instructions, suppliers’ certifications, deny party screening, duty drawback, record keeping, reporting, KPIs tracking, etc.
Driver of innovation, simplification and automation, to support Global Trade Compliance operations process & systems improvement. Develop training tools for the import & export team to maintain them updated about any international trade regulatory or process change and support the enhancement of team capabilities.
Responsibilities:
  • Define process to ensure consistency on the denied party screening process, country of origin determination, product valuation, etc
  • Implement a robust process for import and exports record keeping
  • Ensure all personnel are properly trained and qualified
  • Responsible for monitoring global import/export regulatory and procedural changes and clearly communicate those guidelines to stakeholders
  • Creates Trade Compliance integration playbook, participate on the due diligence process and integration of M&As related to trade compliances activities.
  • Establish global harmonization of trade compliance manual and system for our imports and exports operations (but considering the local/regional regulatory requirements)
Education/Requirements
  • 7+ years’ experience on import and exports operations
  • Excellent communication and influential skills at all levels of the organization
  • Strong Process oriented
  • Problem solving
  • Structure and analytical skills
  • University Degree in Business, International Trade, Law, International Business, or Broker Certification
