Job Description
Petcare Nutrition is embarking in a great transformation journey supported by the implementation of a new ERP solution allowing the division to unlock value with new ways of working across the following key processes: Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Make to Deliver and Record to Report.


The Digital Core program is a 400M$ investment over 5+ years and will cover all PN regions globally. There will be an element of synergies with Royal Canin to Identify and Implement.


The Global Digital Core Functional Sr. Manager will be key to the success of this program, focusing on the Order to cash functional area, he/she will be partnering with the OTC Global Business Process owner director, key Market and region/global function leaders to ensure the solution meets the business objectives and requirements, that it is aligned with the program vision and follows technology best practices.


This role will be key In the different phases of the program , from strategic solution architecture choices, to gathering business processes requirements , governing design decision, ensuring successful template build and enabling industrialized roll out of the solution.

  • Hands-on solution architecture experience leading and providing solutions to large and complex IT environment
  • Strong problem analysis, negotiating and influencing skills
  • Demonstrated ability in developing and delivering complex business and technical presentations for senior/executive management, airline customers and airframe manufacturers
  • Deep understanding of business drivers / processes and ability to relate segment priorities to associated technology
  • Proven planning, delivery, governance and people and org management skills, capability, and experience
  • Ability to educate non-digitally savvy leadership & staff, working across multiple levels
  • Customer focused with demonstrated ability to form productive relationship including business leaders, DT personnel and project leaders
  • Proven experience working in a SAP template program roles
  • Proven track record of delivering results in some of the following area: Program mgt, SAP template build and roll-out, SAP module functional knowledge (SD, MM..)
  • Proven track record to get things done in a matrixed organization and influencing without authority
  • Strong problem analysis, negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to present ideas/issues effectively


What will be your key responsibilities?


Technology Leadership:


  • Ensure solution Is following the best practices from a functional AND technical point of view , limiting customization to minimum
  • Provide organizational specific as well as outside-In perspectives to support solution
  • Solution architecture: Define and implement the strategic architecture roadmap for the Digital organization; leverage the best solution to solution business requirements


People Leadership:


  • Build effective team: create a strong organization capable to design, build and deploy the best solution for the right business requirements
  • Stakeholder management: partner with global business process owner, engage and Influence regional and global business leader, able to challenge the status quo
  • Attract and retain outstanding architect and design talent


Change management:


  • Ensuring solution adoption and understanding with key stakeholders
  • Establish a robust knowledge transfer/ retention approach and organization
  • Support roll out Industrialization by building the right competencies, assets, processes


Operational excellence:


  • Budget: accountable for the transformational budget allocated to Its function
  • Technology rationalization: drive technology choice supporting technology landscape rationalization


Digital solutions and Order to Cash:


  • Definition and validation of the Order to Cash strategy & model for the Program according to the contractual, the customer, and the business requirements, and the overall program strategy, planning and budget
  • Manage the execution of the plan to ensure compliance with the OTC strategy and Program Transformation plan
  • Define OTC transformation plan according to the defined OTC strategy and Overall Program Transformation plan (planning, deliverables)
  • Lead multiple value streams concurrently and has expense and Digital Customer satisfaction targets
  • Integrating products and services required to meet business and Digital Customer needs
  • Ensure the compliance of the defined OTC strategy & model with standard OTC processes and best practices
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the business, goals, strategies, and industry trends and directions
