Job Description

The Global CRM Product Manager will be responsible for driving the successful implementation and adoption of Salesforce platform software used by Ford’s major markets around the world. They will lead the long-term product vision for the Customer Experience (CX) and focuses on the planning and execution of CX throughout the CRM Product Lifecycle. You will partner with the Chief & Senior Product Owners as well as with the broader cross functional group including Experience Design, Human Centered Change, and Business Operations.

The Product Manager ensures that the CRM product supports the company’s over-arching goal of “Always-on” customer relationship. This position will initially heavily focus on the CRM experience in the US Market but will also be responsible for growing and expanding the capability across other global markets in North America, South America and ASEAN regions.

What you'll be able to do:

  • Ensure a customer-centered approach to strategy design and execution
  • Partner with creative and experience teams to develop use cases, personalized content and messaging processes that builds trust in all Ford brands and initiates ongoing engagement of customers, leading to continued brand recognition
  • Devise strategy for feature prioritization and definition of Minimum Viable Product approach to Salesforce implementation – iterative and adaptive.
  • Support the launch of business self-service tools to drive efficiencies and grow business of CRM within Marketing
  • Define the why, when, and what of the specific product that the Salesforce launch team is going to build
  • Work with the project manager along with other team members to get to a successful product launch
  • Keep up to date with the latest standard methodologies and integrations of CRM
  • Develop and support strategies to focus on customer engagement and personalization for all campaigns across the journey segment, using data and technology as key enablers for successful outcomes and ensure that KPIs are set for every programme.
  • Coordinates entire CRM product lifecycle and supports the product roadmap
  • Define the release process and collaborate with cross functional teams to bring the product or feature to market

The minimum requirements we seek:

  • 2 + years’ experience working in Marketing or CRM (Salesforce preferred)
  • Bachelor’s Degree or a combination of education and equivalent experience.
  • 4 + years of experience working as a Product Owner or Product Manager

  • Understand that scope may change often and can pivot fast
  • Master's degree in Marketing, IS, Business or related field
  • Ability to embrace change at every opportunity
  • Recognize that delivery is a team sport
  • Are highly flexible and responsive to change and adept at working in an agile environment
