This is an outstanding opportunity to influence global marketing strategies and campaigns in our owned channels – LEGO Stores and lego.com

Core Responsibilities
You will act as LEGO Retail point of contact for Branded Channel exclusives campaigns, providing input into the global Go-To-Market strategies on behalf of LEGO Retail and managing campaigns end to end.
More specifically you will
  • Support key elements of marketing planning using the Campaign Planning & Project Management tool.
  • Support Drive Period prioritization as the lead on Exclusive and Single Product Campaigns and the Adults Audience.
  • Represent LEGO Retail as the key contact on Exclusive product launches in discussion with Global Branded Channels team
  • Drive "end-to-end" campaign planning, delivering integrated campaign plans based on the business strategy and insights and through strong collaboration
  • Lead and facilitate After Action Review sessions to systematically capture campaign performance and process insights that drive future improvements
  • Drive collaboration and innovation across the LEGO Retail Marketing levers to deliver impactful campaigns. Key stakeholders include creative development, regional leads, loyalty program, promotions, social media, CRM, PR, and performance marketing

The Campaign Development Team is responsible for ensuring strong campaign development in LEGO Retail from early dialogues with the Global Branded Channels Marketing Team to campaign implementation and After-Action Reviews. The focus of the team is to deliver upon global marketing objectives with a strong commercial focus.
The overall purpose of this role is to develop and deliver Retail campaigns "end-to-end “
Do you have what it takes?
You probably hold a degree in marketing, communication or similar with validated experience in a Brand Manager role or similar.
Furthermore, you have
  • Track-record of crafting shopper and retail marketing campaigns for brands
  • Experience from a major or premium (preferably global) brand
  • Strong commercial understanding, preferably from Retail environment
  • Conceptual understanding, data driven, and strong briefing skills
  • Digital marketing understanding
  • Ability to build effective and targeted strategies in partnership with audience strategists, and Branded Channels Marketing
  • Strong communication skills with experience working in global team
