This quick ascent led to a substantial investment by BV Investment Partners (BV) in December of 2021, enabling Intentsify to accelerate growth through product innovation, strategic executive hires, and headcount expansion across all departments.

Intentsify is looking for a Campaign Manager to support our growing customer base. This role will be focused on strategizing, implementing, optimizing, and delivering display advertising campaigns. We are seeking someone who understands the intricacies of programmatic advertising campaign management, is confident in their ability to setup and optimize campaigns, and comfortable working directly with customers. The ideal candidate should be as comfortable on a screen-share with a client as they are debugging a conversion pixel (mis)fire.

Responsibilities

• Execute, manage, and optimize programmatic advertising campaigns while meeting or surpassing client, agency, and industry performance expectations
• Plan and setup programmatic campaigns understanding and incorporating client expectations and KPIs
• Update and maintain tracking documents for accurate forecasting, campaign details, execution and reporting metrics.
• Continually expand knowledge of the programmatic industry and incorporate learnings into campaign execution and customer service excellence
• Execute Ad-hoc projects and analysis as needed
• Accountable for overall success of programmatic campaigns including understanding, setup, execution and on time completion.
• Bring a positive, collaborative, team-oriented attitude to the team and your customers.
• Collaborate as needed on creation of ad creatives and test creatives and landing pages to improve campaign performance
• Provide excellent customer service for internal and external customers including problem solving and escalations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of programmatic advertising and standard methodologies
• Experience working with clients to ensure optimal campaign performance based on customer KPI expectations
• Demonstrated ability to manage details, efficient work habits, and ability to shift priorities when necessary
• Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Self-starter approach to work, with an eagerness to consistently meet and exceed objectives and take on additional responsibility
• Comfort in working with large data sets using tools to analyze campaign performance and ability to apply findings to appropriately optimize campaigns
• 3+ years of relevant campaign management experience
• Excellent oral and written communication across multiple levels of management
