We're looking for an experienced brand marketing coordinator to play a critical role on our brand marketing transformation journey.


As our Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in the overall brand marketing organization. You will manage the interactions between brand marketing and field team. Lead the relationship with regional field partners to mine DMA insights and drive the business through acquisition and retention marketing programs.


The ideal candidate is an innovative fitness focused marketer, who has a knack for digital content creation and a passion for the brand.


What You'll Do


Marketing


  • Co-responsible for field marketing budget resourcing and implementation with campaign management team.
  • Support clubs through developing member content to drive engagement and retention of members at future/existing clubs. Collaborate with field teams and marketing manager to ensure accurate, on-time, implementation and communication of marketing programs.
  • Analyze results of marketing programs and provides additional insights.
  • Responsible for ongoing field marketing support: is the conduit for marketing and the campaign management team for strategic planning, allocating budget, developing marketing strategy and executing tactics.
  • Responsible for ongoing communication with Field partners. Provide the "Voice of Marketing" to Field leadership.
  • Frequently visit and interact with Club and Corporate executives and works with all levels of club team members.
  • Work with vendors to ideate and create communication to our members and ensure delivery of all items to clubs
  • Own competitive intelligence for the market -- information from outside sources and "on the ground" shops. Leverage that and knowledge of markets to make fact-based decisions, support and educate DMA teams.
  • Air traffic control of in flight digital media on club channels and establish system to report out weekly performance.
  • Partners to evaluate national and local community opportunities such as event sponsorships and donations.

  • Seek out consumer insights and share with team on a regular basis
  • Contract execution for vendor management
  • Budget management and vendor purchase order facilitation
  • Align and share SWAT analysis with marketing leaders and deliver weekly reporting
  • Play a key role in working with marketing, field, fitness and to build and align plans


Requirements


  • Strategic insight and business acumen.
  • 5% travel minimum, which would include overnights, locally and regionally. Driving (up to several hours per leg) and / or flying between regional DMAs.
  • Strong collaborative skills. Ability to influence in a matrix business environment.
  • Proven creativity in developing new marketing ideas and initiatives.
  • Consumer focused with excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage business analysis and budgets.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and Power Point)
  • 3+ years marketing experience building growth oriented consumer brands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid marketing and brand management fundamentals including marketing programming, advertising, direct marketing, media and web experience.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent oral and written skills to include ability to prepare and present marketing presentations.
  • A clear and effective communicator with company executives, management and club employees, as well as a strong leader with outside companies and agencies.
  • Ability to balance priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and changing environment. Ability to adjust to and manage continuous change
  • Strong cross-functional partnering experience.
  • Ability to take in and relay information in a quick and efficient manner, with excellent follow up skills.

Compensation Summary


All Employees: Free Club Membership, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Basic Group Live and AD&D Insurance ($10,000), and 401k Savings and Investment Plan.


Average of 30 hours or more per week: Medical/Dental/Vision Benefits, Paid Time Off, and Sickness Benefits (in addition to the above).


Actual offer may vary from posted hiring range based on location, work experience, and/or education.


Salary range will vary based on geography of the applicant.


Pay Range for CO, NV, RI: $57,277.00-$70,006.00 (Exempt), $27.54-$33.66 (Non-Exempt)


Pay Range for WA: $60,709.00-$74,200.00 (Exempt), $29.19-$35.67 (Non-Exempt)


Pay Range for CT, New York City, Jersey City: $63,348.00-$77,426.00 (Exempt), $30.46-$37.22 (Non-Exempt)


Pay Range for CA: $57,277.00-$77,426.00 (Exempt), $27.54-$37.22 (Non-Exempt)
