Position Summary: Tesla Government Inc. is seeking a talented and experienced Web GIS expert to help us administer, troubleshoot, deploy, and organize web applications and GIS solutions in a custom software environment. Our GIS team consists of individuals who are talented at finding solutions to unique problems, who can work independently as well as in a team, who are skilled in multiple areas of geography, cartography, and automation, and who enjoy tackling different challenges every day. We are looking for an adaptive, fast-learning, multifaceted, and enthusiastic individual who can bring their skills and dedication to round out and expand this team.

Periodic in-office work may be expected, but the majority of your time will be remote. Physical office space is in the Falls Church area, Metro accessible on the Orange Line (East Falls Church Metro.)

Salary Range: :The wage range for this role takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Tesla, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $55-60k.
