General Manger Jobs

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead all operating efforts of our growing, multi-state industrial service company. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's field and shop operations including but not limited to: managing staff, developing and implementing strategies, monitoring and reporting on financial performance, overseeing quality control, and managing relationships with key stakeholders. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of successful leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of industrial service operations.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering or related field

- Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience in industrial service company operations or a related field

- Proven track record of success in driving sales and profitability also leading a large team
