Job Details


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our heavy equipment industry team. This is a challenging and exciting opportunity for a talented individual with a proven track record in sales and general management. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our construction projects, including sales, marketing, and operations. If you are a results-driven professional with a passion for the construction industry, we want to hear from you!


Responsibilities


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
  • Supervise and mentor a team of sales professionals and service professionals
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability
  • Manage all aspects of the construction project lifecycle, from initial planning to final delivery
  • Monitor project budgets and timelines to ensure on-time delivery and within budget


Qualifications


  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience with John Deere construction equipment and heavy equipment sales
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and general management in the heavy equipment industry
