- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience with John Deere construction equipment and heavy equipment sales
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- 5+ years of experience in sales and general management in the heavy equipment industry
