POSITION OBJECTIVE

Under the direction of the Production Supervisor, the General Labor is responsible for supporting the production team with pick/pack, light assembly, organizing, and sorting of wristbands.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.

• Verify all materials produced are correct according to order instructions
• Report problems with quality, process and materials to Production Supervisors
• Assist with loading and unloading products
• Accurately count products
• Pick and package product according to order information
• Record items picked and packed
• Organize and prepare materials and supplies needed in the production process
• Stack products on racks
• Move materials and supplies through production process to finished goods
• Complete all work and attain production targets and demands
