ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Position Summary
This position assists the operators at various machine centers throughout the plant during the shift to fill in for people when they are out ill, on a leave of absence or on vacation.
Key Duties And Responsibilities
This job entails operating a variety of machines, including flexographic, diecutters, slitters, folder-gluers, corrugator, etc.

Essential to this Position
  • Pay rate increases to $24.04 starting May 1, 2023
  • Robust benefit offerings
  • Rotating 8-hour shift position working Monday - Friday, rotates weekly between 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift
  • This position may be required to work overtime up to 12 hours/day or on Saturdays depending on the volume of work
  • Many advancement opportunities!
  • The starting wage for this position is $23.34/hour with opportunities to train in other positions paying up to $30/hour
    • Pay rate increases to $24.04 starting May 1, 2023

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to lift 45 lbs.
  • Ability to work 8-12 hours in heat that may exceed 90 degrees
  • Ability to work 8-12 hours on your feet (standing/walking)
