:

• Sweeping, mopping, trash removal, putting stock away
• Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots pans, equipment
• Adheres to all kitchen safety and sanitation policies and procedures
• May assist with some light food prep for the café and catering services
• Maintains dishwashing area and three compartment sink

Requirements:Job Requirements:

• Deliver excellent customer service to all guests
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs., bend, reach, and stand for scheduled shift hours
• Strong communication and time-management skills in a fast paced environment
