Customer Care Team Member Full-Time/Days/No Weekends

Reports to: Customer Care Manager

Status: Full-time (in-office, not remote work)

We want YOU to join our team of passionate Customer Care Agents who provide support to our Salon Consultants and Customers around the country!

The main role of our Customer Care team is answering inbound phone calls from our Salon Consultants, Customers and Store Team. Our team will create and maintain customer accounts, place and process orders, problem solve and other tasks as assigned.

Daily Tasks

• Update Credit Card Information
• Outbound calls to established customers
• Create & Maintain Customer Accounts
• Process Orders
• UPS Claims for lost or damaged shipments
• Answer Inbound Phone Calls
• Verify Cosmetology License Information
