Functional Consultant (Coupa) Jobs

RiseNow is seeking a Functional Consultant (Coupa) to play a vital role within our delivery practice.

This individual will be responsible for executing end-to-end implementation, configuration, and deployment of one of the Coupa solution, including the enablement of eSourcing, eProcurement, Supplier Portal, Contract Management, and/or Spend Analysis. As a Consultant, this individual will interface with key stakeholders and apply your S2P knowledge across different stages of the Software Implementation Life Cycle. They will serve as a client-facing strategic partner and solution expert who empowers clients to achieve maximum value.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Support execution of the end-to-end implementation, configuration and deployment of the Coupa solution.

- Reviews the as-is and future state business processes and leads business units in the preparation of business process mapping and departmental procedures and reviews the as-is and future state processes.

- Recommends efficient models and work flow processes illustrated through the use process modeling using various notation (use cases, business process diagrams, workflows, swim lanes).

- Conducts in-depth market research and white space analysis to support new solution development

- Identifies features that will add value to our clients and businesses.

- Works side-by-side with appropriate teams to represent the client, setting priorities when conflicts arise and answering specific requirements questions.

- Work directly with clients to understand their Source to Pay processes, business objectives, and systems requirements. Review the work product of Analysts and provide direction and training as necessary.

- Evaluate datasets to recommend and assess production ready data.

- Software solution testing, including unit, integration, and regression test plans.

- Track own progress towards project and utilization goals using Harvest (ensuring time entry is accurate and on-time) and Parallax (accurate forecasted allocations).

- Learn from and alongside Senior Delivery staff to ensure all deliverables are within the defined scope, quality, time, and cost requirements.

- Enables change throughout the organization.

- Assist in the development and execution of best practices, techniques, business architecture governance and tools as needed by the PMO.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING

- A minimum of two (2) years of management consulting experience working with procurement processes (Source to Pay preferred) and SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions, or equivalent experience working with one or more of the solutions named below.

o Experience with one or more of the following e-Procurement technology packages: GEP, Ariba, Coupa, JAGGAER, Ivalua, Oracle or proprietary e-procurement technology

- At least 1 year of hands-on working experience in a S2P software implementation or equivalent experience in a business setting as an end-user of the S2P platform.

- Strong understanding of software implementation methodologies and able to translate and articulate business requirements into a functional design and configuration requirements

- Experience with one or more of the following: direct and indirect materials, operational procurement, requirements analysis, business process design, Source to Pay (S2P), Procure to Pay (P2P), catalog management, and vendor/supplier management

- Experience in a process design, configuration, testing, training/communications role on technology enablement projects.

- Strong oral and written communication skills, including compelling presentation and documentation experience (Lucidchart, MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc).

- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgement.

- Strong time management skills in a multi project environment.
