Job Description

BeautyTap is seeking a full-time role for an account coordinator with experience in customer/client success support and SDR (Sales Development Representative) admin/clerical work.The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, organized with exceptional follow-through, who wants to join a growing startup and grow with it. The positionwill be based in Los Angeles but remote work is also an option.


Responsibilities:


  • Work closely with the sales team as an SDR to identify potential leads, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments.
  • Provide excellent customer/client success support, including responding to inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and handling complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Particpate in daily meetings with the brand partnership team.
  • Provide customer support and stewardship to existing clients for retention.
  • Create custom proposals for clients using PowerPoint or Canva
  • Workclosely with operations and salesteam to ensure successful onboardingand client-facing communications.
  • Support VP of Sales in all day-to-day activitiesincluding project managementof digital campaigns.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments and make recommendations for how BeautyTap can improve its sales efforts.


Requirements:


  • Ability to manage and organize multiple projects with deadlines
  • Strong written and oral communications.
  • Ability to meet deadlines/goals.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer/client success support, and/or SDR work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience working in creative agencies, PR agencies, digital marketing agencies, and review platforms
  • Degree in business, journalism, digital marketing, fashion, and beauty.
  • Passion for the beauty industry and a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
  • Proficiency in Google Drive, MicrosoftPowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Canva, and Hubspot.
