Location: Cub Foods Quarry
Reports to: Assistant Store Director
Classification: Union 663 Classified Assistant
Rate of Pay: $29.13
Hours: Sunday – Saturday, varied hours

Jerry’s is seeking an individual who:
  • Make lasting connections with our customers
  • Create and manage a weekly schedule for a diverse group of employees
  • Communicate with Management to achieve optimal service levels-no long lines
  • Train and develop future Head Customer Service Managers
  • Sell Money Orders, Money Grams, and Lottery tickets
  • Assist with interviewing and hiring new employees
  • Help maintain a clean and safe store
  • Monitor employee behavior to ensure customer satisfaction with all transactions
Jerry’s would love to see an individual who:
  • Is motivated to grow their career and continue learning
  • Has experience working on a Front end (2-3 years preferred)
  • Knows about customer relations, protocols, and good work plans
  • May have bookkeeping knowledge
