Full Time - Dishwasher - Ole Red Nashville

Properly operate dishwasher to clean dishes, silverware, tumblers, glasses, pots, and pans. Also, clean large pots by hand. At times, may be responsible for cleaning or organizing specific areas of the restaurant.
Pay starts at $16/hour + FREE Parking at the AT&T gargage right behind Ole Red
Wash dishes, glasses, pots, pans, etc.
Clean and maintain all trash bins. Deposit kitchen, and dish room garbage in dumpsters.
Keep floor clean, free of spills, food, and trash and other obstacles.
Ensure proper rotation of all dishes, pots, pans, storage bins, etc. including the lifting of these up to 40 lbs.
Ability to keep up with fast paced high-volume kitchen and restaurant.
Comply with applicable Health Codes by ensuring that all eating/cooking utensils are cleaned, maintained and stored properly.
Adherence to all Ole Red policies and safety standards.
Assist other employees as needed.
Perform all opening and closing duties.
Education
High School diploma or equivalent required
Experience
Experience with industrial dishwashing machines preferred
Experience with kitchen and restaurant operations preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Proper sanitation knowledge
Operation of garbage compactor/disposal Restaurant bussing
Organization Skills Attention to detail
