Full Desk Recruiter

We are searching for a communicative and experienced full-desk Recruiter specialized in different industries such as IT, Tech, A&F, Healthcare, Professional Services, etc, candidates for full-time roles with local companies. Candidates can live or relocate to New York.

This person will be proactive and passionate about staffing and the clients they will serve in a talent acquisition capacity.

To succeed in this position, candidates should have exceptional communication, computer, and problem-solving skills. You should be resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and organized with the ability to build rapport with clients.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of quota-carrying recruiting & business development experience (full desk)
