Front Desk Staff - East YMCA PART TIME! Midday, Evenings and Weekends! $13-$15.00 Plus a FREE YMCA MEMBERSHIP Are you passionate about making a lasting impact on your community? We are currently looking for a high energy individual with a passion for helping others to join our team! Our Member Services Shift Supervisor is responsible for creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to current and prospective members and guests. This position establishes a positive work environment, supervises a dedicated membership team, and greets and interacts with with guests in a friendly and professional manner. WHY the Y?   • Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Trains, provides guidance to, and directs on duty Member Service Professionals to be patient and creatively problem solve
