Front Desk Coordinator - Tulsa, Ok

Arch Global is in partnership with a brand new start-up company located on South Peoria Avenue (South of Brookside). They are looking for Front Desk Coordinator.
Responsibilities

• Responding to social media interactions
• Processing payments via cash or credit card and entering the transaction into the computer
• Greeting walk-ins and new patients
• Professional appearance is VERY important to this client
• Onboarding new patients into the software
• Customer service questions: how the process works, cost, hours of operation, etc.
• Cold calling (from a list) to introduce prospects to the clinic

Initially, the clinic will operate three days/week and 1/2 day Saturday. 8:30-5:30 during the week, 9A-1P on Saturday
Pay is from $16-$18/hour depending on experience
