Job Description
Brian Head Lodge is looking to hire Front Desk Agents to accommodate hotel patrons by registering and assigning rooms to guests, issuing room keys, transmitting messages, making and confirming reservations, and collecting payments from departing guests.


Must be available to work some weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.


Essential Duties And Responsibilities


  • Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests of the hotel
  • Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance staff as issues or guest needs arise
  • Collect payments from departing guests
  • Answer phone calls for reservations, local information, and guest needs
  • Make and confirm reservations


Requirements/Qualifications


  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Friendly, service-driven disposition.
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent organizational, time management and multitasking skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Attentive to detail.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and verbal communication skills.
  • Great collaboration and teamwork skills.
