Job Description
The Holiday Inn American Center and Holiday Inn Express both on Madison's eastside are accepting applications for part time Guest Service Representatives. The position is for Saturday and Sundays from 7 am to 3 pm & 3 pm to 11 pm.
:
This position requires a motivated, dependable, and detailed-oriented individual with good computer skills, who can multi-task and demonstrate a guest-focused attitude while responding quickly to guest needs. Our team members are positive individuals who know how to exceed guest expectations while maintaining an exceptional level of hospitality and professionalism.

Responsibilities:
  • Acknowledge the guest whenever they enter or leave the hotel
  • Providing outstanding service by listening and handling guests’ needs and requests in a quick and timely manner
  • Ability to work on a computer, answer phone calls, and handle walk-ins for guest reservations, cancellations, check-ins, check-outs, and processing guest’s payment and billing information
  • Greet arriving guests, assign rooms, make keys, and collect guest payment and billing information in a friendly and welcoming manner
  • Communicate with all departments to ensure a smooth and well-run operation so that each guest has the best experience possible
