1World Translation is an award-winning company of 20 years that has served the medical, workers' compensation, private, and education communities with pride. COVID had its challenges with us, as it did many companies. We are looking forward to expanding this year by serving newly won contracts and returning to what we've done well - at serving the well-known workers' compensation industry well again.

Our owner is a Registered Nurse with extensive experience in this field on the front lines in many fields, including workers' compensation before starting 1 World Translation over 20 years ago, upgrading the industry for the benefit of all Coloradodans.

Responsibilities

1WT is hiring Interpreters and Translators for on-site work in Colorado primarily, with remote work add-ons. We are not hiring for remote work only. 1WT has a unique education program that is being developed this year by an instructor certified to teach national Interpreters and others.

We want to help those without professional credentials to affordably reach professional goals but who are fluent in English and other language(s) and have proven professionalism and are able to be punctual, completely reliable, and perform as a professional Independent Contractor, in line with the guidelines of the State of Colorado. We provide professional insurance and other perks.

Qualifications

Those with national certification and 40-64 hour certificates are preferred in any language. Additional cultural competency education, Mental Health training and modules are big advantages. Please indicate and detail all professional education you have completed.

Experience of 1-2 years minimum is preferred. We'd love to know more about you and the type of experience you have to partner with and guide you into a successful career with the resources we have. Knowing the type of experience you have and in what areas: legal (and type), medical (type), and education (type) is very helpful and where your interests are to grow in.
