Job Description
Paymerang is a fast-growing, evolving FinTech startup. We are a leader in finance automation, and we take manual accounts payable processes and streamline and automate them on behalf of businesses. We are constantly creating, innovating, and looking for ways to create the perfect payment for our clients.


As part of our growth, we are expanding our fraud team and looking for someone that wants to take the next step in their career. We are looking for hungry professionals with financial services experience that will join us as we protect our clients and vendors from fraud. You’ll interact with stakeholders across the company, examining, diagnosing, and preventing fraud from occurring in multiple internal processes. You will be a key part of process improvement at Paymerang, ensuring fraud controls are baked into process development.


Some of the things you will get to do in this role include:


  • Assisting with updating policies and procedures for ACH enrollment
  • Assisting with documenting and reporting fraud cases
  • Assisting with approvals for enrollment, support, and client success,
  • Clearing fraud flags (non-healthcare clients)
  • Assisting with enhancements and upgrades to fraud flags and automation


Requirements


  • At least 2 years of experience in financial services or a related field; bank fraud experience preferred
  • Process documentation and improvement experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate cross functionally
  • High attention to detail
