Food And Beverage Manager

Position Summary: This leadership role is responsible for core operational elements of Ramah Darom’s food & beverage department on our beautiful campus in the North Georgia mountains (Clayton, GA – approximately 2 hours north of Atlanta). This role works in close collaboration with our Head Chef to plan, organize, budget and control food and beverage operations year-round including summer camp, retreats and campus rentals. This role is directly responsible for planning, acquisitions, budgeting and front-of-house operations.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced food & beverage manager who enjoys the outdoors and is open to working a flexible schedule. The nature of Ramah Darom’s business is that there are times when our campus is occupied for several consecutive weeks, and other times when there may be no guests on campus for multiple days or weeks.
