Floral Designer - On Call (Caesars Palace Lv)

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Confer with clients regarding price and type of arrangement desired and the date, time, and place of delivery. Plan arrangements according to client's requirements, utilizing knowledge of design and properties of materials, or select appropriate standard design pattern. Delivering Floral and Gift items for Caesars Floral Department. This is a high pressured position and candidate needs to work well in different environments with stress dealing situations. Team member will also assist with miscellaneous flower shop duties as assigned.

PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:

Standard Requirements:

• Individual must have a clean driving record, able to multi-task; able to lift at least 50lbs.
• At least 3 years Floral experience.
• Floral knowledge
• Candidate must have excellent communication skills, have an upbeat and positive personality and get along well with others.

OTHER MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be 21 years of age or older.

• Must have a current and valid Nevada Driver’s License.

• High School Diploma required. College degree preferred. Any combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
