Job Duties Include, But Not Limited To:

• Providing technical support
• Executing overall contract deliverables
• Owning the on-going relationship with the customer
• Managing of customer assets covered under an agreement
• Working with Caterpillar dealers, or customer personnel in managing the contract
• Demonstrating the value to the end user of maintenance management and efficiency performance to enhance customer relationship

Required Qualifications

• Highly developed interpersonal skills to deal with sensitive, emotional or potentially controversial situations.
• Strong accountability, proactive planner and organizer.
• Previous experience with advanced technical management, maintenance management experience involving customer care.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate appropriately to ensure a team’s success
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills
• Able to communicate with various levels of management at customer and dealer level.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, high sense of urgency and ability to influence for results is essential.
• Experience with Caterpillar equipment and dealership support
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in engineering or related field or 5+ years of Marine with Caterpillar experience

Top Candidates Will Also Have:

• Knowledge of Caterpillar digital technologies
• Good knowledge of Caterpillar policies, standards, procedures, and a broad understanding of Caterpillar’s organization
• Demonstrated ability to empower teams
• Experience or understanding of mechanical technologies, operations and servicing
