Duties
The ideal candidate will perform a range of franchise field support duties including
The Fleet and Field Specialist is a motivated, goal-oriented, results-driven person who has a high level of integrity and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• Inspecting, diagnosing, and managing repairs for company vehicles, systems and tools
• Assisting with procurement of parts, equipment and tools for franchise
• Driving operational efficiencies through on-going communication with team
• Providing support to field technicians including transportation of equipment, products, and vans

A Little More About The Role

• Manages scheduled and non-scheduled work for equipment and van repairs
• Assists General Manager with shop duties and cleanliness
• Performs tests on products and tools, documents, and ensures adherence to standards
• Assists with inventory procedures including recording and stocking
• Assists technicians with completing daily vehicle checks and reporting of issues

• Experience working with tools and small equipment
