Job Description

Renton, WA

Job Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Schedule
1st Shift
4:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., Monday – Thursday

15 days per year accrued Vacation/Sick time. Accrued time is available to use immediately!


Pay:
Level 1: $18-$22/hr
Level 2: $20-$24/hr
Level 3: $22-$26/hr

Position
As a Finish & Preparation Assembler, you will complete parts by hand or with a sander according to work Instructions

You will:
  • Mix filler compound and apply to surfaces or pin holes with flex blade, squeegee or by glazing technique with brush
  • Inspect parts for imperfections and rework as needed
  • Sand parts by hand or by using an orbital sander to specifications

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with basic hand tools
  • Composites experience a plus
  • Attention to detail

Working Conditions:
  • Handling objects up to 50 pounds
  • Pushing, pulling, bending, and lifting
  • Standing and/or walking for 8-10 hours per day

Pay
SEKISUI Aerospace is required by Washington law to include the salary range for this role when hiring a Washington resident. Pay ranges may be higher or lower for non-resident WA employees, based on the market data for their region, allowing us to pay employees competitively in different geographic markets.
