At the Americas Distribution Center in Plainfield, Indiana, we are a fast-paced Medical Device Distribution Center. We supply hospitals, labs, and clinics with critical products used in the diagnosis and treatment of medical conditions. The quality and care in which we distribute our products is important to us. We hire employees who understand how important our work is, and who can commit to coming to work each day, focused on accurately and efficiently completing their work.

Siemens Healthineers offers:

20 DAYS PAID TIME OFF EACH YEAR – TEMPERATURE-CONTROLLED WAREHOUSE - $300 ANNUAL BE WELL REIMBURSEMENT - 11 PAID HOLIDAYS EACH YEAR – BENEFITS ON DAY 1

Starting wages: $18.50/hour PLUS 10% for 2nd shift OR 15% for 3rd shift

This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE you will be responsible for:

• Preparing shipments
• Receiving or replenishing product
• Maintaining appropriate productivity and quality
• RF Gun or Voice picking on foot
• Keeping your workspace clean and safe
• Processing export shipments

This position may suit you best if you are familiar with what is below, and would like to do develop your career with Healthineers

• You have a good work ethic, coming to work every day and on-time
• You are able to work in a refrigerated environment (35-46 degrees) for up to 10 hours per day if needed
• You are able to work with a diverse group of people
• You are able to learn and apply policies, procedures, standards and guidelines
• You are energetic and self-motivated
• You are able to work overtime when needed
• You are able to receive, understand and accurately respond to questions and direction from supervisors/managers and other company personnel
• You have basic math and reading skills and basic computer operation skills
• You care about the quality of work that you do every day
• You are able to operate multiple frequency devices, voice pick equipment, handheld scanners, and other power equipment as directed. This position does not require driving a forklift.

Required skills to have for the success of this role

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
