Career Opportunity - Financial Client Services Associate in Cincinnati, Ohio

As the Financial Client Services Associate for our client, you will serve as a central point of contact and provide support for family-client members. You will work with clients, property managers, housekeeper, nurses, and others within the organization to address client needs. You will be polished and a positive professional who reflects the personal and professional standards of excellence set by clients.


Key Job Responsibilities:


  • Maintaining confidentiality and privacy is of utmost importance.
  • Provide excellent customer service, with attention to detail and ability to problem solve.
  • Complete special project assignments.
  • Be available daily to respond to requests, including being on call 24/7 via e-mail or phone including problem solving.
  • Communicate with and manage relationships with vendors.
  • Coordinate staffing and scheduling.
  • Oversee and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Multitask and prioritize as necessary to meet client-family needs.
  • Manage accounts payable with various due dates, work with billing systems and related spreadsheets.
  • Organize and prepare for Board and other meetings, including gathering documents, preparing materials and PowerPoint presentations, and attending to logistics of meetings.
  • Manage relocations.


Qualifications:


  • Experience in private banking, private equity, or wealth management preferred.
  • Demonstrated performance to high standards; self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity in a client service and complex family office context.
  • Ability to deploy technology to create workflow efficiencies and facilitate communication.
  • Must be professional, resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task.
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience, including accounting experience.
  • Proof of good credit history will be required.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities and thoughtful consideration of potential implications or outcomes of decisions and actions.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Proven time management and organizational skills with high standards for impeccable customer service and consistent accuracy in execution.
