Overview

The Client Service Officer is dedicated to delivering an excellent client service experience, striving to enhance existing relationships through improved service and developing a service model and reputation that attracts new clients. You will be required to manage a portfolio of Brazilian Cash Management Clients with overall responsibility for ensuring top level servicing of their day-to-day Cash Management needs. You will be required to help Deutsche Bank customers when they have difficulties using Deutsche Bank electronic banking website.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop client service plans for recently implemented and existing Brazilian cash management clients. Contact with internal clients and other branches. Maintain global Action Item Lists on service requests and perform proactive follow-up on client issues
  • Engage cross regional partners regularly to ensure our client’s needs are met. Act as an escalation contact for assigned client portfolio
  • Provide technical support for D Deutsche Bank’s corporate business clients who uses the electronic banking website. Provide Client Trainings on Deutsche Bank Website Platform (Products and Functions)
  • Support country specific local products in Brazil. First point of contact for Brazil clients, responsible for redirecting queries to the relevant departments and following up to ensure closure of the client issue
  • Investigate Set-up and payment, statements and collection issues. File format validation for payments and collections. Connectivity support (H2H, quick connector, etc). Password issuance, smartcard administration and user maintenance in Deutsche Bank Portals; Identify system enhancements and initiate changes requests for future releases. Establishing and improving workflows and procedures across Deutsche Bank locations

Skills You’ll Need

  • Willingness to work according to Brazilian Calendar
  • Ability to encourage and persuade colleagues in key internal business partner teams around the global Deutsche Bank infrastructure to obtain specific, accurate and timely answers/solutions for clients
  • Fluency in English and Brazilian Portuguese (verbal and written)
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to take full ownership of client issues across the Cash Management organization
  • A deep understanding of global and local Brazil Cash Management and associated products

  • Customer service orientation and attitude with an ability to manage client expectations. A proven track record in customer service
  • Ability to work under pressure, organize and set priorities to meet deadlines whilst remaining responsive, calm, and attentive to client needs
  • Flexibility and willingness to work autonomously within set competencies when circumstances require
