Financial Analyst- Healthcare- Remote | Wfh

We are currently seeking a Financial Analyst 340B to join our team. As an integral member of our team, you will provide analytical and operational support to help maintain our growth of the 340B pharmacy business. You will act as the day-to-day resource contact for activities such as analytical and trending data and application of 340B regulations. You will also form internal and external collaborative relationships to support the program and help assist the optimization of retail and contract pharmacy programs.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare operating and capital plans and provide monthly variance analysis for the pharmacy business line with a focus on the 340B program.
Analyze financial data, provide reporting, and participate during month-end financial statement reviews for Pharmacy services, including the impact of the 340B program.
Utilize financial information systems that provide financial, statistical, and operational data for use of Pharmacy internal reporting to management.
Manage multiple, concurrently running projects, prioritize tasks, and adapt to frequent changes in department priorities.
Maintain a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State and local laws and regulations, Trinity Health’s Organizational Integrity Program, Code of Conduct, as well as other policies and procedures to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical, and professional behavior.
Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field, and two (2) or more years of progressively responsible experience in finance.
CPA certification and/or MBA are preferred.
Experience In Healthcare Finance Is Strongly Preferred.
Ability to assist in the development of methodologies for collecting, analyzing, and evaluating large amounts of data.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong working knowledge of financial systems, databases, and spreadsheets.
