What You Will Do


The Finance Manager, Planning & Strategy is is a key member of the WW FP&A organization. This role requires a high level of interaction and close partnership with leaders across Regional FP&A organization, Controllership, Investor Relations, Treasury, Enterprise Supply Chain, Global Franchise Organization, and Enterprise Business Functions.


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead the Monthly Business Review (MBR) process and prepare financial updates for the Head of WW FP&A, CFO, and KLT leaders with clear forward-looking views
  • Lead latest thinking (LT) processes and strategic analyses to identify/mitigate risks and opportunities in partnership with regional CFOs
  • Drive technology advancement within FP&A community including Onestream enhancement, Machine Learning/AI & Self-service tools across the regions
  • Report directly to the Director of Planning & Strategy and lead a direct staff of 3 SFA/Lead Analyst/FLDP
  • Consolidate and shape the WW financial result of Kenvue, including full P&L, Segment reporting, Balance Sheet, & Cash Flow ownership for management reporting and key planning cycles.
  • Support the Investor Relations process and help shape company guidance with insights on key financial metrics (Sales, GP, EBIT, etc)
  • Contribute to the design of new processes to drive Kenvue ways of working
  • Partner with Customer Business Intelligence/Kenvue Competitor Analysis team to drive insights from external benchmarking data and integrate them into the planning process


Required Qualifications


  • Must be highly motivated with strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, agile and strategic thinking with ability to translate insights into opportunities and drive processes improvement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of tools and have an intermediate to advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
  • At least 5 years of finance, accounting or related business experience
  • Demonstrated experience in ability to partner with associates at all levels of the organization. Possess strong communications, framing presentation skills; along with solid interpersonal, negotiating and influencing skills, to successfully lead and collaborate in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a major in Accounting, Economics or Finance
  • Ability to work independently, handle several tasks simultaneously, self-prioritize and balance workload.


Desired Qualifications


  • Exposure to financial planning & reporting systems and tools
  • MBA, CPA, CMA, or other financial certification
  • Prior FP&A experience
  • Prior experience managing and developing people

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $97,000 to $166,750.
