Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable:

• GR/IR reviews and clearing proposals
• PO monitoring
• Review Aging POs report action items
• Review POs created after invoice date

Month End Close

• Update presentations (Monthly review deck, Balance sheet review, others as requested)
• Support month end reviews with business partners for accruals/budget
• Assist with accruals/reclasses
• Provide balance sheet reconciliations
• Support material loss analysis

Costing

• Ad-hoc costing requests

MLE/SLE/Budget

• Update budget/MLE/SLE files for use
