The Finance Intern assists with gathering and analyzing financial information for the Company’s Global Operations Group and Digital & Technology Experience Group.

• Analyze travel and expense reporting.
• Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.
• Prepares schedules and reports for auditors quarterly and at year-end.
• Assists the team with periodic reconciliations and reports.
• Period end variance analysis (i.e. actuals vs. plan/forecast).
• Review freight related balance sheet accounts.
• Research purchase price variances.
• Provides support on projects.
• Performs duties consistent with the company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.

• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication (written/oral) and interpersonal skills to interact with all levels throughout the organization.
• Working towards a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Good computer skills.
• Graduating within the next two years for accounting majors and within one year for other finance related majors.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word applications.
