Your Impact
As a Finance Business Partner - G&A, you will be the primary point of contact for People and additional G&A functions. You will act as a key advisor to stakeholders, providing them with financial data and analysis that is critical to Mirakl's growth.
What you will do at Mirakl - Essential Functions (Duties and Responsibilities)
  • Responsible for all regular ad hoc HR/People reporting, personnel, forecast planning, budgetary controls and compensation matters.
In close relation with our Chief People Officer:
  • You support the CPO and their team for all business modeling requirements for projects
  • You play a key role in supporting decision making related to Mirak’s global workforce by providing personnel cost and headcount planning as well as regular variance analysis and forecasts.
  • You establish well-defined and traceable business metrics and reporting that are used to measure/manage the HR performance.
Support all G&A departments for forecasting, planning and monthly reporting
  • You help the G&A divisions (People, Property Mgt, Legal, Accounting, BI, IT) to understand their costs and to build their budget
  • You design and maintain integrated operating processes between People/Accounting G&A division to ensure accurate and efficient payroll process.
Ensure coordination for consistency of analytical accounting/segmentation and monthly closing process for full P&L
  • You coordinate organizational changes to anticipate impact across all FP&A reporting.
  • You support the FP&A Director in the monthly financial close process by reviewing completeness and relevancy of the full P&L update within Anaplan.
  • You are the owner of the “single source of truth” of our personnel cost & headcount follow-up through Anaplan®
  • You provide analysis to other business controllers/partners to support management with insights regarding compensation.
As a US based FP&A employee, you will also play a key role in facilitating communication and problem solving between the North American management team, the FP&A and Accounting teams (mainly based in Paris) and will act as our local focal point for interactions with local administration/banks.
What Mirakl is looking for in a candidate - Education & Experience Required
  • Demonstrated successful history of implementing business performance and control framework
  • BA/BS degree, concentrations in Finance, Economics, and/or Accounting preferred
  • Team player with the ability to partner cross functionally in growing global organization
  • 3+ years of progressively responsible experience in FP&A, corporate finance, HR Ops or related fields.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills combined with solid decision making and excellent communication skills
  • Anaplan® model builder expertise would be appreciated
