Technical Skills & Abilities

• Installing and configuring server OS (Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016, and 2019)
• SharePoint Implementations & Maintenance
• Install and configure virtual server environment, VMware and Hyper-V
• Configure network services: Active Directory, DNS and DHCP
• PC support & end-user troubleshooting requests
• Backup and DR solutions: implementation and maintenance ofprovided solutions
• Install and configure/maintain switches, firewalls, & wireless solutions.
• Install and configure Cloud & On-Premise servers. Primarily Microsoft Azure & HP ProLiant servers
• Office 365 Migrations & Maintenance

Additional Responsibilities:

• Funded training, certification courses, & continuing education is required
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to work effectively & communicate in a team environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Regular travel to clients in SE Wisconsin required. Must have reliable transportation and insurance.

Experience:

• Microsoft Office 365 Migration: 2 years (Required)
• Microsoft Azure Implementation & Support: 2 years (Required)
• Microsoft Windows Server: 2 years (Required)
• Active Directory: 2 years (Required)
