The Field Service Technician, WEST Long Beach, CA position supports one of the Hydrafacial divisions in a service role. Previous experience in repair and maintenance or manufacturing of electro-mechanical devices as well as automobile and air travel is highly desirable.
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
  • Complete and process various service requests and orders
  • Represent and perpetuate Hydrafacial’s customer service values
  • Travel to various (customer) sites to perform maintenance and repair on electro-mechanical devices
  • Support other internal operational teams and complete department projects, as needed
  • Complete and accurate data entry and documentation of service action and customer interaction
  • Provide feedback and participate in procedure/process improvements
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE ROLE:
  • Driven and motivated to help others, support coworkers, be a team player & enhance morale
  • Self starter and motivated to excel at work
  • Ability/experience in troubleshooting and problem solving
  • Ability/experience instructing and educating customers on product use
  • Customer service experience, preferably in a technical/computer related field
  • Authorized to work, drive and travel in the United States
  • Excellent oral and written communication as well as interpersonal skills
  • Ability to identify with customers and build rapport
  • Ability to maintain a positive & professional demeanor, exercise good judgment at all times
  • Knowledge/experience - electro-mechanical devices
  • Excellent organization and follow up skills, ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to maintain flexibility in work schedule and work some evening and/or weekend shifts
  • Ability to learn, discover answers, retain new information and share the knowledge
  • Able to lift up to 85 lbs, as needed
  • Meticulous, detail oriented and strive to minimize mistakes and duplication
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
  • Previous experience in technical field service, technical support, electro-mechanical device manufacturing
  • High School Diploma/equivalent or technical certifications
  • Familiar with computer systems/software, Word, Excel, CRM, etc.
  • Ability to work onsite (about10%) and in the field/travel (about 90%)

(Base Salary Pay Range: $50,000 - $65,000)
An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
