Field Organizer Jobs

Overview

Shreve for Mayor Field Organizers will be tasked with executing our data driven grassroots victory plan for their designated turf. To do this, field organizers will oversee a small team of interns and volunteers to meet weekly goals for doors knocked, calls made, volunteers engaged, events attended, and other duties as need by the campaign. Field Organizers will be pivotal to our success in 2023 as we plan to make this a historic year for our capital city.

Responsibilities

·Implement our data-driven grassroots victory plan

·Hit weekly goals for door knocks & phone calls to help hit the Shreve for Mayor victory margin

·Build a grassroots organization in designated turf through recruitment calls and one on one meetings

·Coordinate with coalition groups and leaders, plug them into the campaign, and be a point of contact between them and the campaign

·Manage a team of interns, volunteers, & activists

·Serve as a liaison between volunteers and Shreve Campaign

·Represent the campaign at fairs and festivals throughout Indianapolis

·Help implement our election integrity operation

·Other tasks as needed from the campaign
