Minimum Qualifications

• Completion of a master’s degree in social work, behavioral science, guidance, and counseling, or public administration and 4 years of professional social work or social science administration, plus 3 years of qualifying experience in assigned program as a supervisor, a senior programs administrator, or in program management.

Or

• An equivalent combination of education and experience substituting one (1) additional year of qualifying work experience for each year of the required education.

Job Responsibilities

• Ability to work on a diverse team and directly with people from diverse backgrounds specifically racial, ethnic, socioeconomic, and disabilities.
• Oversight of Resource Family Staff operations.
• Manage the delivery of in-home support for all resource home types.
• Manage and maintain reporting on resource home types.
• *Leadership level that provides regional management and oversight of day-to-day operations, support and strategic planning for foster care and adoption staff.
• Provides daily analysis to the division on the number of adoptions and children in foster care.
• Assist staff with annual reassessments, along with both kinship and adoption timeliness.
