Responsibilities:
-Coordinate and execute grassroots campaign activities, including voter outreach, canvassing, phone banking, and volunteer recruitment.
-Develop and implement strategic plans to engage voters, increase campaign visibility, and drive voter turnout.
-Train and manage a team of dedicated volunteers and paid canvassers, providing guidance and support in executing campaign objectives.
-Organize and attend community events, rallies, and town hall meetings to promote the candidate's platform and build strong relationships with constituents.
-Collaborate with campaign staff to identify and prioritize target areas, demographics, and key issues for effective voter engagement.
-Maintain accurate records and data of voter contacts, volunteer activities, and campaign progress for regular reporting.
Experience:
-Previous experience in political campaigns, community organizing, or grassroots advocacy is preferred.
-Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
-Familiarity with local political landscape, issues, and voter demographics is highly desirable.
-Proficiency in utilizing campaign software, voter databases, and digital organizing tools is a plus.
