We are an Automotive Group currently in acquisition mode in the North Denver, Colorado area.

F&I Director

Our growing dealership family needs an F&I Director, don't miss this amazing opportunity to join our rapidly growing group of dealerships! F&I Directors produce additional revenue for the dealership by selling finance and insurance programs, extended vehicle service contracts, gap insurance and a wide variety of aftermarket products to our new and used vehicle customers. We are seeking a competitive, ethical and motivated individual.


Job Responsibilities

  • Contract or collect all money at closing
  • Solicit extended warranty sales (aftermarket)
  • Seek bank approval on financed and leased deals
  • Understand all programs and rate options offered by our lenders
  • Assist in acquiring approval from lenders
  • Completes paperwork necessary for vehicle sales and leases in a timely and efficient manner
  • Generate finance income on all sold customers
  • Offer a variety of aftermarket products through "value selling"
  • Contract new business, sell and close deals
  • Check/verify paperwork involved with cash, finance or loan transactions


Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
  • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws
  • Directly supervises up to 5 employees in the Finance and Insurance Department


Education and/or Experience

Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

A tru professional who can communicate the value of product offerings and benefits customized to each customer's needs.

Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.


Compensation

Compensation can rang from $96,000 - $200,000 +
