The Sunshine House Early Learning Academy, one of the largest early education and childcare companies in the US, is seeking a Facilities Support Specialist to join our corporate team!
The successful candidate will help manage the Facilities help desk. This includes coordinating facilities-related requests for all schools in 8 states, including property maintenance and repair, fleet maintenance, and engaging third-party contractors.
Pay rate of $12-$15 per hour, based on experience and education.

Position Responsibilities:
- Obtain bids from contractors for upgrades and present recommendations for approval.
- Deliver facility-related customer support to 100+ sites via help desk system, email, and phone.
- Accurately process and record calls; maintain accurate and thorough records in database.
- Diagnose and resolve issues by using established protocols; redirect issues to appropriate resources, as needed.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Training or experience in the construction or facilities industry preferred, but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- At least 2 years of related experience.
- Ability to learn and take initiative to solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
