Job Description

The Facilities Manager is responsible for supervising Facilities Field Techs and Clerks to ensure buildings in the fleet are properly supplied and work orders are completed within budget and safety standards.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Determine capital requirements annually. Coordinate RFP process & scheduling.
  • Co-ordinate all inspections for Life Safety equipment.
  • Co-ordinate and book travel for facilities personnel
  • Review and approve expenses for facilities personnel
  • Assist in acquiring new store fixture needs
  • Facilitate the purchasing of all supply and equipment needs for existing and new stores, DC and Corporate
  • Facilitate all building and equipment service and repair needs for existing and new store locations, DC and Corporate
  • Facilitate and co-ordinate new store supply and equipment transportation and delivery
  • Review and approve all facilities and store planning generated invoices
  • Direct and supervise Facilities Field techs & Facilities Clerks

Qualifications & Competencies:

  • Retail experience a plus
  • Detail oriented with good organization and follow-up skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to travel with overnight extended stays as required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross functional team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $71,000.00 - $96,000.00 per year
