Responsibilities/Duties:

PAY RATE between $16.00-$18.00/hr.

Additional $1.25/hr for 2nd/3rd shift!

Purpose of Job: Assures that products are manufactured in a clean and sanitary environment that complies with federal, state, and PCNA guidelines.

Job Duties:

• Cleans non-processing equipment.
• Maintains sanitation logs and reports to document plant and equipment cleaning.
• Externally cleans and sanitizes processing equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be able to follow written procedures.
• Good written and oral communication skills required.
• Able to read and understand chemical use instructions and precautions.
• Basic math skills required.
• One (1) year production or janitorial experience preferred.
• Must enjoy working off-shifts and in a wet environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to successfully complete forklift certification.
• Chemical safety and Good Manufacturing Practices background preferred.
• Attention to detail and safety. Must be able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks. Occasionally (0%-33%) must be sitting.
• Frequently (34%-66%) required to walk, climb, stand, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English proficiently.
