Job Responsibilities

• Maintain a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record as established by the Company's insurance provider
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, work well with others
• Must be detail-oriented and possess analytical, critical thinking skills
• Possess general mechanical skills and aptitude, manual dexterity for the use of hand and power tools, equipment
• Must read and comprehend both written and oral instructions and information well and with close attention to detail
• Possess effective judgment skills
• Must effectively operate both automatic and manual transmissions

Education And/or Experience

• Technician, mechanic experience is a plus!
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and adheres to strict implementation project schedules and handle multiple assignments.
• Performs in-depth analysis of workflows, data collection, report details and other technical issues associated with the EMR system.
• Ensure interdepartmental coordination of EHR and associated systems on-going maintenance activities including software validation, content development, user acceptance testing, and business process re-engineering.
• Partner and collaborate with, IT network/infrastructure department, and managers to ensure functionality of the system is efficient and effective for each department's workflows and processes.
• Designs, codes, tests, debugs, documents, and maintains product functionalities
• Research, evaluate and make recommendations regarding the implementation, support, and optimization of EHR, related software applications, hardware, and infrastructure.
• Collaborate and demonstrate leadership in the ongoing implementation, optimization, and maintenance of the HER and associated systems, including end user support, vendor management, project management.
• Monitoring, updating, and completing workorder support tickets.

Requirements

• One (1) year of directly related experience, including clinical experience in a healthcare IT setting
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong organizational skills and attention to details
• Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to collaborate with a team
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Two (2) years of electronic health/medical records experience
• Strong presentation skills
